ABOUT THE CONFERENCE 2019In 2019, International Russian Automation Conference was held on 8-14 of September. The conference was organized in 14 sections, including: The program committee selected 355 reports (see program) for participation in the conference. The conference was attended by scientists and practitioners from the following cities of Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Belgorod, Bratsk, Bryansk, Birobidzhan, Vladivostok, Vladikavkaz, Vladimir, Volgograd, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Zlatoust, Zelenograd, Innopolis, Irkutsk, Kazan, Kemerovo, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Kursk, Lipetsk, Maykop, Magnitogorsk, Murom, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Novocherkassk, Novy Urengoy, Novomoskovsk, Orenburg, Perm, Penza, Petrozavodsk, Rostov-on-Don, Ryazan, Salavat, Samara, Sevastopol, Simferopol, Smolensk, Stavropol, Stary Oskol, Taganrog Tomsk, Troitsk, Tula, Tyumen, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Ugra, Yaroslavl. There were representatives of foreign countries: Azerbaijan, Algeria, China, Czech Republic, India, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine. All papers had been published in the conference proceedings and made available on the digital library "IEEE Xplore" (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers publisher) or "Lecture Notes in Electricalin Engineering" of Springer International Publishing AG.
